We will always warranty any apparent product defect and/or error. We will not warranty normal wear and tear on our products. Our products are used continuously in the sun, rain, snow and other weather elements. We have no way of tracking how or when your product was used, and if it was used correctly. Prime Canopies will always put the customer first. If you feel that your product is defective go ahead and reach out to us with your Order # and photos of the defective unit. 

In 2019 we met 100% of delivery dates requested, we delivered 100% of our products without any defective units and our customers were 100% satisfied with our product, service and pricing.
