Our canopies weigh within a range of 61lbs - 122lbs dependent on the size/style.
Yes. We got our start in the canopy business because of our love for the sport of Motocross. Our canopy frames and tops are specifically designed for wind, rain, snow and anything else mother nature might throw your way! Please be sure to stake your canopies down and not to leave unattended for a long period of time as mistakes do happen!
We will always warranty any apparent product defect and/or error. We will not warranty normal wear and tear on our products. Our products are used continuously in the sun, rain, snow and other weather elements. We have no way of tracking how or when your product was used, and if it was used correctly. Prime Canopies will always put the customer first. If you feel that your product is defective go ahead and reach out to us with your Order # and photos of the defective unit.
Your canopy top(back drop, table cover and side skirts) can all be washed with a garden hose. Please use a very soft brush and light detergent to get any stains out of your product. Try to avoid scrubbing directly on your logo and/or artwork.
We hold a very limited stock of replacement parts. This is only because we produce so few defects! If for some odd reason you do need replacement parts for your product, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to provide service to you.
General tools needed for replacement parts: Phillips Screwdriver and Allen Wrenches.
