Shipping policy

All orders placed at primecanopies.com ship from Huntington Beach, CA within 3-6 business days of your order date unless your order is custom. If custom, your order will be shipped within 3-6 business days after your order is approved. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 5-10 days of the date it was shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update with instructions on how to proceed.

International Shipping
